Aims: In today’s competitive business environment, every executive in an organization is expected to have sound basic knowledge in finance irrespective of what primary area they are in. Managers need to take decisions and decisions cannot be taken without knowing the financial implications. Further,the outcome of any decision –making should ultimately create value for the organization. In this context we are happy to offer one day MDP on “ Finance for non-Finance” for working executives and entrepreneurs.

Objectives: to educate participants on the basics of Financial Management.

Content: Introduction to basic Financial Terms; Management of Accounting Terms; Constructing and Reading Financial Statement; Standard and Activity based Costing ;Budgeting-Capital & Revenue; Investment Decisions; Taxes and Duties

Eligibility: Working Executives and Entrepreneurs with any University degree.

Faculty: In-house faculty of LBS IM Delhi and LBS ITM, Indore as well as invited guest faculty from industry, business and other leading institutes.

Venue: MDP Hall- LBS ITM campus, Indore- Ujjain Highway. Pick up and drop by institute’s bus between Bombay Hospital and the Institute.

Certification All successful students shall be awarded a certificate jointly by LBS IM, Delhi and LBS ITM, Indore on completion of the program.
