During her twenty-three year career including academics and corporate, Dr Rekha Kashyap is currently working as Head MCA and Area Convener (IT) at the post of Senior Associate Professor, at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi, for nearly seven years. Prior to this she worked as lecturer with I.E.T, Devi Ahiliya University, Indore for Seven years as University regular employee. Started her career with IT firm Virgo Softech Ltd as a marketing executive and also worked as Production Manager, Software and Identity card division. She did her Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in 2012, M.Tech and B.E. in Computers from Devi Ahiliya University, Indore, India in 2005 and 1992 respectively. Dr. Kashyap’s teaching and research interests include, Ecommerce, Information Security, Advance Computer Networks, Java Programming, Grid and Cloud Computing, Evolutionary Computing, and Security-aware Scheduling. Her research has been published in leading journals and has authored many research papers in reputed National and International Conferences.
